5. Pricing & Payment

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are limited.

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date

Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund
7.2 Refunds
Refunds or replacements will be considered if:

The flowers arrive damaged or significantly not as described

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence
Refunds are issued at our discretion.
8. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:

Fresh flowers or perishable goods
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
9. Weddings & Event Services
For weddings, events, or bespoke floral services:

Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Final balances must be paid by the agreed deadline
